Then, were did this people come from if all of them is poor?
No sale, no income.
That's standard of business.
Malls have income; lots of money is circling there.

Lets analyst;

What does the mall owner is thinking when he or she builds his mall?
Does he think "am going to build a mall, who can afford them?"
If he thinks there's no one to rent his mall, why build?
And get this, if his present mall has no income, why build another mall?
If you're a business man and sees that malls have no income,
Why copy the mistake of the other.

Ok … puzzled already.

There no value to the equal sign.
Everything must have the right value to balance.

A poor country will not produce mall or malls.

Some Filipinos is getting out of the country to find wealth.
Chinese came in and enjoy wealth.
(It is said that the largest mall in Asia is own by a Chinese)
