What will be the reward of a loyal costumer?
Is it proper for a client to confront a technician for there unprofessional working attitude?
What is the proper way to claim for spare parts that suppose to be included in the package?
This thing flashes my mind after a heated argument to a manager.
Up to now I can't understand why they have to dispute my claim for a lancard. It's a P60- lancard. They selling the lancard for P120- much more expensive than were I usually buy them. The lancard is not the problem really ... as of now am puzzled of what happen. The puzzling of them all is that the manager is about to give me the lancard, then the pregnant lady speaks, after that the manager change his mind and give me back my ID and demanded my receipt.
He did this after I said "I am a regular customer".
It's really a sad thing; I always recommend my neighbor and colleague to that computer store.
Now they will not have my recommendation anymore.
Just asking
I went to sta cruz to canvas for a generator.
Going to the first store I ask them how much is the price of the generator?
"How much is a generator?" I asked
"Take a sit first" she said to me
"I just want to know how much is the generator, why should I sit down?"
"You sit first." The lady insist
"I just want to know the price of this generator" I replied
I can't understand why the lady insists me to sit down.
Then a man came out, the lady point me to him.
"Now here he comes" lady said
Upon seeing the man I said to my self
"finally I will know the price of a generator"
"What do you want?" the man ask
"How much is a generator?" I ask
"How many appliances do you have?" he asked again
"Why do you want to know how many appliances I have?
I just like to know how much is this generator? " I replied
Puzzled why he wants to know how many appliances I have.
"I ask you that so I can know how many watts you used"
"I used 200 kHz it's my meralco bill says ... I just want to know the price of this generator"
Now am wandering why he's asking me all of those things ... then it gets worst. I can't believe what he about to say.
"I can't give you the price it might be more expensive than your house!" the man ridiculously said to me.
"Why do you say that? Do you know were I live? I live in antipolo city ... "
after I said this I pose and remember that my purpose to going to that store is to know the price of the generator.
"Wait ... (pause a bit) I just want to know how much is the generator then I leave ..."
I said this because am very puzzled I just want to know the price of the generator.
Then the man asks me again of things irrelevant to what I want to know.
Finally I decide to live the store, and went to the store next to it.
I ask the same question "how much is the generator" and the man replied and give me the price of the generator
which is very cheap.
Sometimes I can't understand why some argue for the things that are not arguable.
I think maybe it's the way I talk or maybe it's the way I ask.
One thing is for sure ... I will not recommend those stores anymore, will not even go there. Why? I don't want to argue anymore.
